Mr, L. A, White — Omaha Referring to your letter of February 26, file BD 1-18 regarding uncollected water service accounts as of December 31# 1952? As I advised in ray letter of February 25, we have been concentrating our efforts toward reducing these outstanding aocounts and since February 1st, have obtained full or partial settlement in excess of 300 of the accounts listed on statement accompanying your letter.
