V Subdivider has been repaid agreed-upon sum of $6,446.00, whichever first occurs; 5 - Company to own said water mains; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company easements where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, together with Bill-of-Sale, Title Guarantee and Policy of Title Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. ( On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement WN"L.D. 2797, dated April 1, 1954, with Longley Construction Co., Xnc., covering the construction of approximately 270 LP of 6M cast iron water main to serve portion of Blocks Nos. 4 and 7 of Charleston Village Tract No. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $418.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification; A. P. E. No. 5 (W. 0. #778), issued March 2, 1954; Las Vegas, Nev.; constructing 1320 ft. of 6” cast iron water mains and 20 ft. of 6” cast Iron fire.protection laterals for 2 hydrants to serve Paradise Grove Subdivision. Total estimated expenditure, $4,741., chargeable to Water System-Las Vegas, Nev. A. P. E. No. 6 (W. 0. #779), Issued March 2, 1954; Las Vegas, Nev.; constructing 505 ft. of 6” and 750 ft. of 4M cast iron water mains and 10 ft. of 6” cast iron fire protection lateral for 1 hydrant to serve a portion of Ellis Estates. Total estimated expenditure, $3,640, chargeable to Investment in Water System-Las Vegas, Nevada. W. 0. No. 780, issued March 10, 1954; Las Vegas, Nev.; constructing 270 ft. of 6M cast iron water main to serve portions of Blocks 4 and 7 of Charleston Village Tract No. 1.
