Campbell, President Las Vegas Valley Water District 135 South 4-th Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Campbell: Transmitted herewith is a copy of our appraisal of the Las Vegas water system, as of December 31, 1950. Please let us know how many copies you will require, and they will be furnished promptly. At present we are proceeding with the estimate of cost of the proposed system from Basic reservoir to Las Vegas, as outlined by Mr. Clark and in accordance with the general scheme recommended in Greeley & Hanson’s report. It is suggested that before we proceed with work relative to "water rate determination", we get together for a general review and discussion of the proposed system. Yours very truly, Enel
