I agree.CA \ OIL JL aV. \^J \^j wC P I C T U R E S , INC 1\?½ As of September 4, 1991 Mr. Donn Arden c/o Orville Kelman Kelman & Chan 4130 Cahuenga Blvd., North Hollywood, CA Suite 116 91602 RE: "HONEYMOON IN VEGAS"/"JUBILEE" Dear Mr. Arden, This shall confirm your agreement to grant to Castle Rock Pictures, Inc., its successors, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations and their respective successors, assigns and licensees, employees and agents (collectively "Producer") the right to photograph, record and otherwise reproduce the opening sequence of the live stage production written and produced by you, known as Ballyfs "Jubilee", and to use approximately thirty seconds of such material (the "Photography") in the motion picture tentatively entitled "HONEYMOON IN VEGAS", and in and in connection with the exhibition, promotion and exploitation thereof. The foregoing grant of rights includes the right to exhibit the Picture (including the Photography) in perpetuity, throughout the universe, in all now known and hereafter existing media and in any language. In consideration of the foregoing, Producer shall pay to you the sum of $2,500, upon signature of this agreement. Please acknowledge your agreement to the foregoing by signing as provided below.
