COMMENTS / SUGGESTION:
The Founder’s day was a great success and proceeded without any problems.
Below are a few suggestions for next year.
1)
Assessments should be a part of our yearly dues so that when the committee starts to plan they have an operating budget to work with.
2)
Assessments should not be part of ticket sales as it is much too confusing to back track what is an assessment and what is a general ticket sale.
3)
Ticket sales need to be reported in a timely fashion as it could be a great embarrassment to the sorority on the day of an event when ticket sales are still being reported and we run the possibility of not being able to server our guest.
4)
The table seating arrangement needs to^ be followed according to what the committee has set, not holding tables when you have not sold one). This creates problems when we have guests that we are trying to seat and we are told this seat is reserved when in fact it is not.
ACKNOWLEDGMENTS:
I would like to thank the chapter as a whole for entrusting me as a new member of Theta Theta Omega with such a treasured event.
I would like to thank my committee for guiding and encouraging me.
