^ ’’Subdivider ”, covering extension! of water mains along Ash Street to and into Gibson & Jones Addition in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, at estimated cost of $1,710.00, which sum is to be advanced by Subdivider to the Company; Company to refund Snbdivider monthly 50$ of the monthly revenue received by it from customers in said addition taking service from said main, for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid actual cost of said water line, whichever occurs first; said extension to be the property of the Company.; adjustment between the parties to be made if actual cost of said installation is more or less than said estimated cost; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing deed, Audit No. 4523, dated March 23, 1942, from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to William Earl' Kenney and Myrtle Kenney, his wife, conveying Lot 1, Block 2, Tract 2348, Yermo, California; consideration $10.00 and other valuable consideration; subject to Second installment of taxes for fiscal year 1941-42, Including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith; An easement for highway purposes across northerly 20 feet of said lot, granted to State of California; An unrecorded easement for a power transmission line across rear of said lot, granted to Southern Sierras Power Company, under date April 1, 1928; excepting and reserving to LVL&WCo. all coal, oil and mineral - 1 2
