I agree.COPY Salt Lake City, Utah, A p ril 20,1916. -S a lt Lake baseb all team train in g carap- Mr. T C Peck, G.P.A., Los Angeles. Dear S i r : - While the Salt Lake base b a l l team was f a i r l y w e ll taken care of in t h e ir train in g camp at Modesta, I believe with an early start and a l i t t l e co-operation we can secure them next year for Las Vegas, and possibly regularly for that point th ereafter, in which case, we would secure the haul on ten or fifte e n round t r i p tickets from Salt Lake City, as w e ll as about 15 one way tickets from the coast. They would lik e to use the company.ranch house at Las Vegas for about three or four weeks i f there are s u ffic ie n t sleeping quarters, and they w i l l furnish th e ir own cook and supplies fo r meals. This train in g camp business would amount to fiv e or six hundred d o lla rs , possibly more, and I would appreciate your taking the matter up early and see what i f anything can be offered. For your information I am enclosing clipping from the Salt Lake Tribune of the 18th instant on this subject. Yours truly, J H Manderfield
