Dear Sir: Since your letter February 26th to Mr. Bracken, copy to me, dealing with proposed subdividing of some of our property abutting Clark's Las Vegas Townslte for residential purposes, I have reviewed •' the situation with Mr. Bracken and, until the red light, Negro and Mexican quarters are removed from Blocks 16 and 17, which is now being considered by the City authorities, we will not be in position to submit to you a definite plan, together with estimate of cost, covering the establishment of a residential subdivision. The matter will be borne in mind, however, and at the proper time you will be furnished with the data requested in your letter. Yours very truly, / fEra' * CC-Mr.W.R. Bracken
