    \ Vegas Land and Water Company and Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, covering lease of water facilities at Yermo, San Bernardino County, California; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill and Secretary D. E. Clark in executing amend­atory agreement C.L.D. No. 12516-20, dated and effective April 25, 1968 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Bernard V. Handorf and Mary Handorf, modifying the area leased under Contract Audit No. 10824 in City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California, and that except as assigned, extended or amended, all the terms and conditions of said agreement C. A. 10824, dated March 15, 1957 shall remain in full force and effect at rental of $300.00 per annum, payable in advance for the extended term to and including March 14, 1969; said lease may be terminated entirely or partially by written notice given by either the Lessor or the Lessee on any date in such notice stated; not less, however, than ten (10) days subsequent to the date on which such notice shall be given; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
