PAYROLL CLAIMS Commissioner Clark moved that Payroll Claims Nos. 1329 and 1338 to 1342, both inclusive, and 1344 in the net sum of $19,919.31 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none. MCDONALD ZONE Commissioner Clark moved that the Board approve the recommendation EXCEPTION CASE #36 of the Joint Planning Commission relative to zone exception case #36. Motion seconded by Commissioner Baskin and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none. RECREATION BOARD Commissioner Whipple moved that the recommendation of the City Recreation Recommendation Board dated December 16, 1947 requesting the City to amend Ordinance Re: Curfew #21 to conform with the County Ordinance in regard to curfew time for juveniles be approved. As the city expects to revise all of the Ordinances next year, it was referred to the City Attorney. Motion seconded by Commissioner Baskin and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none. CLAIM - George Commissioner Clark moved that the claim of George Thompson covering Thompson expenses incurred on special investigation in narcotic case in the sum of $75.00 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign said warrant. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none.
