The Theta Theta Omega and Kappa Xi Chapters of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated are pleased to host the 2004 Inter-Mountain Cluster. The Cluster will be held at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino on Saturday, October 30, 2004 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
We invite you to attend this cluster. This year’s theme is “The Spirit of AKA- Steppin’ up the Spirit of Service.” You will also have the opportunity to experience and explore the city dubbed “the Entertainment Capita! of the World.”

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations must be made directly with the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino no later than
September 29, 2004. Call the Golden Nugget directly at 1-800- 634-3454 and request the ALPHA KAPPA ALPHA rate. After the deadline, the rate will be based on availability at the Hotel rack rate.
ROOM CONFIRMATION/ DEPOSITS:
To confirm your reservation a first night’s deposit is required per room at the time the reservation is made. This deposit is fully refundable with notice of cancellation received.
Cancellation is 48 hours prior to arrival. All reservations are confirmed subject to failure of prior guest to vacate, or any cause beyond our control.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:
Check-in is 3:00pm with check our time being at noon. Early check-in will be based upon hotel availability. An incidental deposit is required at check-in by cash, check or credit card.
