Mr. Frank strong: t enclose copy of letter from Ton Tobel Lumber Company under date March 18th, Indicating their deeire to sublease to the Rational Ice Company the Railroad premises they are occupying on South Main Street, between Union Oil Company and Bus Garage. This is cowered by Lease Audit Ho. A-53242 which expires January 31, 1947, Due to the war conditions Von Tobele are unable to secure lumber shipments and consider that the property can be put to good use by the Ice Company who will receive their shipments by rail. i see no objection to this arrangement and if you concur, please advise and I will arrange with General Attorney to draw our usual form of consent. -mmnrrwmm cc - ter.
