2 - All rights granted under said agreement with respect to the portion of the pipe line located in Lot 12, American Colony Tract, are terminated; 3 - Said agreement as amended to remain in full force and effect during remainder of term; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter agreement Audit No. 10371, dated July 16, 1946, with Nevada Construction Co., covering the construction and laying of approximately 2800 ft. of 6" cast iron water mains, to serve a portion of Woodland Park Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration §2800, plus cost of premiums on Contractor's Public Liability Insur­ance, Contractor's Property Damage Insurance, Contractor's Con­tractual Liability Insurance and Contractor's Contractual Property Damage Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter agreement, NLD No. 1647, dated July 18, 1946, with Nevada Construction Co., covering the laying of 4070 ft. of 6" and 8:! cast iron water mains to serve a portion of McNeil Subdivision, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $4,578.75, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond and premium on Public Liability Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing agreement Audit No. 10370, dated July 29, % -4-
