S. Naval Reserve Training Center at Las Vegas under Contract NQy(G) 22681. This contract expires June 30, 1954. A letter of renewal was sent to the Las Vegas Land & Water Company requesting that services be continued during the coming fiscal year. However, this office was informed that your Company is buying the water facilities from the Las Vegas Land & Water Company. In view of the above, information is requested as to the exact date on which this transaction is to take place. If it is to be prior to July 1, 1954> a new contract will be prepared for signature by your Company. If it will not be before July 1, 1954, it will be necessary for us to renew existing contract in order that payments can be made. A prompt reply will be appreciated. Very truly yours, C. L.
