Dear Sirj- Referring again to your letter of TJarch 5th and my reply of ?3aroh 7th In regard to painting of roofs of the 64 cottages at Las Vegas belonging to the Lao Vegas Land 1 Water Company. I have extended the necessary authority to Mr* Bracken and enclose his report of "larch" 19th with respect to the progress of the project. I think it well to permit him to hold this in abeyance until he reaches Los Angeles with a view to securing the materials for the work at the lowest possible figure* Yours very truly. End.
