    In view of present plans to dedicate a street along the Section Center Line, it would seem that the existing 1 4 ” Transite pipe line, as described above, should be left in place to serve future planned development, instead of being removed as provided in said Agreement* If the pipe line described above is satisfactory to the District as a transmission main, it is hereby requested that the portion between the north line of Section 33 at point R and the point of ”T e e ” connection to pumping station near point HH, be left in place and a connection provided to the D i s t r i c t ’s proposed new 3 9 ” pipe line along the north line of Section 33, which is colored red and white on Exhibit ”A ” . If you concur in the above request, this company will grant the District an easement 15 ft. in width for the existing 1 4 ” pipe line at location described next above, and any amendment to the Agreement of June 1, 1953 that may be necessary, can be prepared for formal execution by the parties t hereto• Please advise* Yours truly, William Reinhardt
