LIQUOR APPLICATIONS There was no action taken on the liquor applications on the agenda for this meeting. GARTSIDE SUIT - Commissioner Moore moved that the City Attorney be instructed Dismissed to dismiss the suit of the City of Las Vegas against Mr. Gartside to take certain property on Fremont Street, upon receipt of a deed for five feet of the property and upon ascertaining the City will receive the necessary easement of the adjoining five feet for necessary utility purposes. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There being no further business to come before this special meeting, the meeting adjourned.
