Absent: Commissioner Clark. , GAMING APPLICATION Commissioner Baskin moved that the application of Sam Stearns SAM STEARNS for one "21" Game at 113 North 1st Street for the fourth quarter be denied on the grounds that pursuant to the provisions of the existing resolution no new gambling establishments will be granted licenses except to large hotels. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Clark. There being no further business to come before the board at this time, Commissioner Moore moved that this meeting adjourn until 3:30 P.M. October 29, 1947.
