    Las Vegas ~ November 25* 1953 R-128 Mr, tf, H, Johnson - Los Angeles Please refer to your letter dated November 2k$ 1953# file 733^ relative to unauthorized encro&Qbment by Main Auto Parts & Metals, Inc., on Union Pacific land immediately westerly of and adjacent to their lease dated June 23, 1952. Their lease covers 200* frontage on private roadway southerly of Bonanza Road, Las Vegas, Nevada. I inspeoted conditions on the property immediately west of the Main Auto Parts 200* lease site which occupies a space of about 90* between the westerly line of Main Auto Parts lease and the easterly line of 100* lease t© Q* Belli Lumber Company and find that this property is now covered practically solid with old junk auto bodies and other scrap material which not only occupies the area mentioned but occupies a portion of the private roadway immediately southerly thereof. X see no indication of any attempt ever having been made to remove any portion of this junk. LRMsrr L. R, Haag
