LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY 5 RESOLUTION Scott Paper Company 1-801 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne and Secretary Dixon in executing supplemental agreement C. L. D. No. lk?ll-2, dated June 18, 196k, to Contract Audit No. 10960, dated February 5, 196k between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Scott Paper Company, to provide for an additional area and increase in rent to $2,027.70 per month, effective June 1 , 196k, of lease of portion of premises at 3251 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, said lease expiring December 31, 1965, subject to thirty days termination by either party, premises to be used for storage and other purposes incident to the handling of business conducted by Lessee, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confined.
