Dear Sirj- Answering your letter of May 8th in regard to exchange of lots in Block 3 to two lots in Block 2. I an assuming that the two lots which he proposes to convey to us are of about the same value as the other lots which we own in Block 3, in view of which, and in view further of your statement as to the more desirable location of those lota, which will come to us through this transaction, I approve your recoranendation.
