The 5 conveyance of the said lands referred to In subparagraph 6 (a) of Section 1 hereof made to the District as provided 7 In this agreement, if made by any person other than Los 8 Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, shall contain a 9 provision in the form set forth in said Exhibit "B-l". 10 From and after the date of this agreement and prior to the 11 sale date none of the lands, or any portion thereof, which, pursuant 12 to this Section 4, are burdened or to be burdened by the covenant 13 described in Exhibit "B" hereof shall be sold or conveyed by Los An- 14 geles & Salt Lake Railroad Company unless 15 (1) the Railroad Company shall Insert in the deed 16 conveying said lands a covenant similar to that set forth 17 in Exhibit "B" hereof for the benefit of the lands de­ls scribed in subparagraph (a) of Section 1 hereof, and said 19 deed shall be recorded when delivered; provided further 20 that if any burdened lands shall be conveyed pursuant to 21 this subparagraph (1) prior to the conveyance of the 22 lands referred to in subparagraph (a) of Section 1 to the 23 District, the said conveyance to the District shall con- 24 tain a provision substantially in the form set forth in 25 Exhibit "B-l” with respect to any burdened land so con- 26 veyed, or 27 28 22.
