LIQUOR LICENSE - Log Cabin Bar Suspended MINUTES SERVICE & MATERIAL WARRANTS GAMING APPLICATIONS Renewals Commissioner Moore moved the license of Rufus M. White, Log Cabin Bar, 122 North 1st, Retail Tavern be suspended and .the Chief of Police be instructed to notify them of this fact. Further that Mr. White be given an opportunity at his convenience to show cause why this license should not be revoked. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There being no further business to come before this special meeting, the meeting adjourned. Las Vegas, Nevada January 6, 1950 A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held this 6th day of January, 1950 was called to order at the hour of 3:25 by His Honor Mayor E. W. Cragin with the following members present: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple; City Attorney Howard W. Cannon, City Engineer W. C. Anderson and City Clerk Shirley Ballinger. Absent: City Manager George O. Treem. Commissioner Moore moved the Minutes of December 22, 1949 be approved by reference and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Moore moved that Service & Material Warrants Nos. 1834, 1886 through 1892 inclusive in the total sum of $32,287.21 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk au­thorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
