I agree.FOUR "MUNCHKINS" CONSTRUCTION: Bodies will be fabricated of durable flexible Scott Foam with metal armatures. Faces wiII be of gum latex (a durable form of rubber), and each will be capable of an expression change or mouth movement. Springs will be utilized for supplemental "free" movements. Provision will be made for easy access to moving parts. ANIMATION: Hand-operated movements will be achieved by concealed personnel. All animation devices are internal. Suggested animation is as follows: 1. DRIVER: Head turns side to side; body bounces and rocks; arms move up and down, holding reins; foot stamps or kicks; opens mouth. 2. 2ND DRIVER: Head turns; body bounces and rocks; waves his and and arm while holding reins in other hand, which jostles gently; expression changes. 3. ELF PASSENGER: Geet kick as he jounces up and down; he waves his hand, which is jointed at the wrist; his neck stretches and his head turns; mouth movements. 4. FAT MAN PASSENGER: Head bobs and belly bounces and mouth opens, and he occasionally pulls his hands over his eyes; his feet swing loosely. COSTUMES: To be made of durable fabrics and treated with soil repellent coating. All wardrobe to be equipped with velcro and/or other fasteners for easy removal for cleaning purposes*
