LVL&WCo. Resolution 1-733U (L.V. Valley Water District) On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman of this Company in executing Supplemental Agreement CD Ho* 39722-B, dated November 30* 1951}., between Los Angeles is Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee Union Pacific Railroad Company, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, and Las Vegas Valley Water District, amending Basic Agreement dated June 1, 1953* covering sale to the Water District of certain water-bearing lands, water rights and water production, storage and transmission facilities at Las Vegas, Nevada, to provide for granting by the Railroad Companies of additional easements over two 15 foot parcels of land for the construction, maintenance and operation of pipe lines and the relinquishment by the Water District of similar easements granted it tinder the Basic Agreement! be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed, A ti*ue copy.
