I agree.(PERSONAL) December 22, 1933* Mr. F. H. Knickerbooker: Your letter December 20th with respect to charge of $250 a month assessed against the Las Vegas Land and Water Company for legal services: I do not believe any change should be made at this time in this charge. The fact of Ur. McNamee’s death should not change the amount of legal work required by the LVL&W Co., the only difference being that possibly some of that work will have to be taken over by this department. Also consideration should be given to the fact that, due to the recent conveyances of non-operative land by the Railroad to the LVL&W there has been considerable more work in preparation of leases and land contracts on behalf of the Water Company than had been done theretofore. If you do not agree with these conclusions, I would be more than glad to discuss tht matter with you. E. E. Bennett. EEB:ESS
