Herewith duplicate originals of proposed easement for the sewer line. If the document is in satisfactory for®, will you please arrange for execution on behalf of the city. It will also be necessary that the form of resolution ae set forth on the last page of the document be adopted by the City Commissioners and the certificate completed Clerk. by the City November 6, 1952 ¥ Id-3-12 tthen execution of the agreement and the resolution has been completed, will you please return both copies of the document to me in order that we may secure execution on behalf of the Water Company. You will recall, we agreed upon a consideration of 1100.00 for the easement and pumping plant site. The total consideration has been assigned as follows: Easement |32.20 Bale Parcel $6?,80 While the attached easement calls for a consideration of $32*20, payment can be deferred until all doouments have been fully executed and are ready for delivery to the city.
