X EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto grantor: All minerals and mineral rights including oil and gas rights thereto, without right of entry; and said property is conveyed subject to: 1. General and special County and City taxes for the fiscal year 1955-1956, a lien not yet payable; 2. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary Johnson in executing Assignment NLD 2914, dated October 31» 1955> by which LVL&WCo. assigns to Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, all right, title and interest in Contract Audit No. 10462, dated July 23, 1948, with Southern Nevada Power Co., as extended by Extension Rider agreement between said parties, dated June 22, 1953* identified as Contract Audit No. 10462-1, covering overhead wire crossing, and Contract Audit No. 10554, dated September 18, 1950* also with Southern Nevada Power Co., covering power substation site, both at Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President A. E. Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Deed LVL&WCo. "N^L.D. 2911, Audit No. 5^28, dated November 7S 1955» conveying six parcels of land in Sections 25 and 26, Las Vegas, Nevada, to Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, consideration $10.00 and other good and -3-
