the same is hereby, ratified, approved N and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: WHEREAS, under date November 8, 1939, this Company entered into agreement (Audit No. 10031) with Pabst Sales Company, whereby said Sales Company leased from this Company, with option to purchase, Lots 88 and 89 in Tract No. 5301, Los Angeles, California; and WHEREAS, said Sales Company desires to exercise its option to purchase said Lots 88 and 89, effective as of March 1, 1941; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the action of President in executing agreement (Audit No. 10112), dated February 28, 1941, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Union Pacific Railroad Company and Pabst Sales Company, covering, among other things, sale to the Sales Company of said Lots 88 and 89, Tract 5301, for the sum of $18,000.00, payable cash upon delivery of grant deed and certain other conditions; said agreement providing for the reservation of oil and mineral rights in the Land Company; and further providing for termination as of March 1, 1941, of said agreement Audit No. 10031, dated November 8, 1939; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
