Exchange until further notice to pay such moneys to said Land Company; be, and the sane is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in executing rider C.L.D. 3545, dated May 29, 1941, terminating effective February 1, 1941, agreement Audit 9964-3, dated April 18, 1940, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and Citrus Fruit Growers, Inc., Lessee, covering installation of elevator and construction of sweat rooms in packing house, located at San Antonio and State Streets, Ontario, California, leased to Lessee under Audit 9964; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in executing Audit 9964-4, dated May 29, 1941, consenting to assignment effective February 1, 1941, by Citrus Fruit Growers, Inc. to A. J. Neil-son, Gilbert I. Benson, Dorothy Neilson and Madge M. Benson, individuals doing business under the fictitious firm name and style of Citrus Fruit Growers, of agreement Audit 9964, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and Citrus Fruit Association of Ontario, dated December 21, 1938, Lessee, (assigned December 23, 1939, by said Association to Citrus Fruit Growers, Inc., under Audit 9964-2) covering lease of fruit packing house, located at San Antonio Ave. and State Street, Ontario, Calif., for term ending December 11, 1948; rental consideration: (a) Annually, commencing December 12, 1939, 2$ per box of fruit packed in said packing house during preceding 12-month period; and \ -5-
