RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement “N“L.D. 2398, dated August 9, 1950, between LVL&WCo., called “Company”, and Plumleigh- Gillett, Inc., called “Subdivider", providing; 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $3,520, estimated cost of approximately 1030 ft. of 6“ cast iron water main to serve Block 1, Tract 5, Boulder Dam Homesite Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 50$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers in said Block 1 taking water from said water main for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid actual cost of said line; 3 - Company to own said water main; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification; W. 0. No. 642, issued May 3, 1950; Las Vegas, Nevada; retirement of parcel of land sold to F. F. Garside, per Deed Audit No. LS 5032, extending from Main St. to LA&SLRR R/W adjoining tract sold to Hotels El Rancho, containing an area of 26,250 sq. ft. with 75 ft. of spur trackage thereon. Credit Real Estate Sold for ledger value of property retired, $1,049; Chargeable “Accrued Depreciation- Trackage Nevada”, §57; Sale price, $6,327; Creditable to Profit on Sales,of Real Estate, $5,335; Estimated cost of removal of property retired chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $71. A.F.E. No. 11 (W.0. #644), issued July 18, 1950; Las Vegas, Nev.; construct 1290 lin. ft. of 8“ and 6“ cast iron water mains to serve Block 1 and the north half of Block 2, Southridge Addition.
