EVENING JULY 24, Archaeologist, Technician on Museum Staff Judge Clark J. Guild, general curator and board chairman of the Nevada State Museum, has announced the appointment of Dr. Charles Eugene Rozaire and Rob­ert K. Bryant to the museum g f a f f t k Dr. Rozaire, 35, has been made ?curator of archaeology, and will j work as assistant to Dr . Richard Shutter Jr., curator of anthro­pology* Bryant, 25, will be exhibit technician, succeeding Mrs, Bar­bara Herlan, who resigned last spring, ' Dr. Rozaire took all his de­grees at UCLA. He has done field work in Mexico and throughout the Western United States, and was formerly assistant curator of the Southwest Museum in Los Angeles. “There is probably more un­touched area, archaeologicaily sneaking,- in Nevada than in any other state,” Dr, Rozaire said. “Most other areas have been built up before scientific study and excavation could be accom­plished. We have a great chance to find undisturbed sites.” Bryant has lived in Nevada since 1948. He attended high school in Sparks, Las Vegas and Reno.
