Mr. Walter Bracken Las Vegas Nev. Rox Nevada Aug 31-1939 Dear Sir: We are informed you are soon to put in a new pipe line near the head of the water system, if so, would it be convenient to put a connection opposite our property, as we hope to get about ten families living there soon. I believe if a pipe line ran down Clark Ave. street most of the families living there now, would rather be connected with it for culinary water. Sincerely Yours John M. Bunker
