JUNE, 1920 Docket No. 112.— Salt, carloads, from and to all stations in Western Trunk Line territory from and to which commodity rates are published. Present minimum, generally 37,500 lbs.; proposed minimum, 60,000 lbs. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 14, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee as follows, the foregoing, however, subject to similar action on the part of the Southwestern Freight Bureau lines: All tariffs naming rates on Salt to, from and between points in W. T. L. territory to be amended to provide for minimum of 45,000 lb A, except tbalrany items now carrying higher than 45,000 lbs., are not to be changed. Definite: announcement to be made later. -? Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee as follows: That the C. B. & Q. R. R. be authorized to establish rate of 17372 cents per 100 lb's, on Flour, from Lower Missouri River Points, Kansas City, St. Joe, eto., to Marcus,'111., Whitten, Iowa, Blanding, 111., Galdna Jet.,. 111., East Dubuque, 111., and Dubuque, IOwa. Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. Docket No. 119.—Barrel or Drum Bottoms, Heads or Tops, Iron or Steel, Missouri River to Colorado common points. Present rate and minimum, 59 cents, 36,000 lbs.; proposed rate and minimum, 52 cents, 40,000 lbs. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 3, 1920.) Approved report of the Standing Rate Committee, which recommends against establishment of rate above referred to. Docket No. 121.—Expansion Paving Joints, Asphalt or Asphalt and Limestone Dust, Sand, Cloth or Paper combined, between points in Western Trunk Line territory. Present, Expansion Paving Joints now included in some tariffs but omitted from others; proposed, to amend Item No. 1730 of W. T. L. Tariff No. 50-H, I. C. C. No. A-858, and corresponding items in other committee and individual lines’ tariffs applying on Building and Roofing Paper (as described in Item 1730 of Tariff - No. 50-H) by including “ Expansion Paving Joints,. Asphalt or Asphalt and Limestone Dust, Sand, Cloth or Paper combined,” in straight carloads or in mixed carloads with articles in item named above at the same rates and minimum as are applicable thereon; also to eliminate “ Expansion Paving Joints,” as described above, in Item 960-B of W. T. L. Tariff No. 60-H, as amended, and in corresponding items of other committee and individual lines’ tariffs, amended under F. R. A. No. 19721. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 14, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee as follows: Amend Item No. 1730 of W . T. L. Tariff No. 50-H, I. C. C. No. A-858, and corresponding items in other committee and individual lines tariffs, applying on Building and Roofing Paper (as described in Item 1730 of Tariff No. 50-H), by including “ Expansion Paving Joints, Asphalt or Asphalt and Limestone Dust, Sand, Cloth or Paper combined,” in straight carloads or in mixed carloads with articles in item named above, at the same rates and minimum as are applicable thereon. Also eliminate "Expansion Paving Joints,” as described above, from Item 960-B of W. T. L. Tariff No. 50-H, as amended, and corresponding items of other committee and individual lines’ tariffs amended under F. R. A. No. 19721.
