Will you kindly arrange to relocate the seotlon comer eoaaon to Sections 27, 28. 33 and 34 in accordance with figures shown in red on the attached print of Dwg. 7-426, dated August 5, 1954. The revision is necessary account recorded sales of property fronting on Bonansa Road, reciting the hearing of the west line of Section 27 as being 1 C°ll*47” x. Also distance from SW corner of Seotlon 27 northerly along west line of this section to 1/16 corner la Bonansa Rond should be 1362.63 ft. as indicated on the attached aap. In addition, the section line between the SX corner Sec. 28 and the SW corner Sec. 28 should be a straight line, and you should aake suitable changes in distances and bearing accordingly, as shown l*i red on attached drawing. We have not used the survey wade by Mr. J. T. MCWilllaas in 1922 for sales or leases on Railroad Coa-pany property and we should not use his survey ht this tine. With reference to the location of the southwest comer of the southeast quarter of Section 28; said corner should be set at the intersection of the north-south centerline of Section 33 (which is well defined) and the above eentloned south line of Section 28.
