Los Angeles, October 10, 19^7 Mr. V. W. Smith: Herewith "As Constructed” quantities for W.O. 31^0-1, water facilities at Las Vegas, Nev. The costs shown include only that portion of the cost of labor and material furnished by contractors. A brief summary of the division of expense for the various phases of work performed under this W.O. as between Company forces and contractors* forces is as follows: R. R. Co. Expense Pipe Line: (1) Unload and distribute pipe to Job site. (2) Unload pipe fittings. (3) Excavate trench and lay 2^H C.I.P. under R.R. Tracks. (4-) Furnish all pipe material and fittings, valves, etc. Booster Pump House: (1) Furnish pumps, motors and pipe fittings, valves, etc. (2) Furnish all electrical labor and material. (3) Furnish and install sump, pump Fire Pump House: (1) Furnish and install pump, motor, control panel, pipe, valves, etc. (2) Furnish all eleotrical labor and material. Reservoir: (1) Furnish overflow pipes and outlet piping. Contract Work Pipe Line: (1) Excavate and backfill trench. (2) Lay pipe and fittings. (3) Construct valve boxes, etc. (M-) Chlorinate pipe line. Booster Pump House: (1) Construct building. (2) Install pumps, motors and pipe fittings, valves, eto. except sump pump. Fire Pump House: (1) Construct building. Reservoir: Construct reservoir.
