Strong covering the Hospital water line Installed over a portion of hie property. Cheek of our records reflects that subsequent to the installation of this line Strong dedicated the 3® easterly feet of M e property to the City for street purposes and the water line is now located on public property in Shadow Street* Under our permit from the City, we are allowed to lay the water lines in public streets and alleys, so the 1 9 ^ easement from Strong is not required* However, X will retain it in my files in case it is ever needed in the future.
