Secretary Bachman in executing Supplemental Agreement C.L.D. No. 131i|6-l, dated June 28, 1961, amending Contract Audit No. 10851+, dated March 2l+, 1959, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Western Lead Products Co,, granting option to purchase two parcels of land, being portion of Blocks 23 and 36 of Tract No, 13^-3, and portion of vacated Lomitas Avenue, City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, California, to provide the option for Parcel No. 2 shall commence upon the date of exercise of option for Parcel No. 1, and shall continue for a period of four (Ij.) years thereafter, or until July 27, 1963, oh until Purchaser shall have given notice to Land Company of its desire to release option for Parcel No. 2, whichever date first occurs; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Agreement C.L.D. No. 13965, Contract Audit No. A-IO88I4., dated August Ij., 1961, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Land Company", and Pacific Vegetable Oil Corporation, called "Pacific Corporation1’, covering lease, with option to purchase, parcels of land located in the Los Angeles-Long Beach Harbor Area, County of Los Angeles, California, being portions of Lot 13, Tract No. ?5l, together with improvements located thereon, and together with machinery, equipment and chattels described in inventory dated July 3, 1961, term twenty-five years, effective August 29, 1961, at monthly rental of $>8,81|1 .67, payable monthly in advance, computed as follows: -2-
