No., 15382-2, dated November 9, 1967 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and R e Adams, covering lease of premises for dwelling purposes at City of Industry9 Los Angeles County, California, extending term of agree­ment Contract Audit 11000 to and including December 31, 1968 at rental of $80o00 per month, payable monthly; termination can be effected by thirty (30) days written notice by either party; be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.* On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President To E0 Hammill in executing supplemental agreement C® L„ D c 14738-5, dated December 5, 1967 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and John Mo Ferrero, covering modification of area under lease for growing crops in City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California, and extension of term of lease agreement Contract Audit 10961, to and including January 31, 1969 at rental of $100o00 per annum, effective June 15, 1967, payable annually in advance; termination can be effected by ten (10) days written notice by Lessor or Lessee, and except as amended and supplemented, all terms and con­ditions of the original lease, Audit Noc 10961 dated February 17, 1964 shall remain in full force and effect, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed0 -4
