Los Angeles, April 30, 1953 8 0 -1 1 Mr. R. I». Adamson: Please refer to the maps which you have prepared for use in connection with proposed contract for sale of water production and distribution facilities to the District. H Do you not agree that the map which is now identified as Exhibit !,Dn and which shows 14 points of connection between railroad facilities and the pipe lines which will be sold to the District should be changed by inserting No. 15 in circle at the point where the Railroad-owned lines shown in red connect with the privately owned service connections shown in yellow owned by the Texas Company and Roach Construction Company? The purpose of this insertion would be to show a connection which will be removed by the Railroad at the time of the sale to the District if it has not already been removed prior to that time. I believe I have already called your attention to the fact that Exhibit "A should be revised to show a colored line between point marked J and the Texas Company and Roach Construction Company property indicating an easement which will be granted by the Railroad to the District to serve these properties as well as that of X# B.
