Los Angeles, May 19* 1950 1-7534 Mr. A. M. Folger; (CC - Mr. E. E. Bennett) U@f*©pring to your letter May 12th., concerning proposed agreement with the Navy covering the furnishing of water service to the Naval Reserve Training Center, Las Vegas: I see no objection to entering into proposed agreement subject to the changes as suggested in your letter, and concur in your suggestion that only those particular rates applicable to the Naval Reserve Training Center services be attached to the agreement. It is noted the water service specifications attached to the agreement provide that water shall be delivered at pressure of not less than 40$, whereas the previous agreement provides for delivery at approximately 35#. In view of our experience during the peak season last year, the specifications should be changed to provide for delivery of water at approximately 35# as specified in the existing agreement.
