    and morals demand that the licensee be held responsible for such sales whether made by himself, his servants, agents or employee. NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS of the City of Las Vegas do ordain as follows: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person employed in a place of business which sells intoxicating liquor, to sell, serve, give away, or dispense intoxicating liquor to any minor. For the purpose of this section, a person shall be deemed employed in a place of business which sells intoxicating liquor if he purports to have the authority to make sales, whether actually receiving a wage or not. Section 2. Upon proof that a sale of intoxicating liquor has been made to a minor, the licensee shall be deemed to have committed the offense whether he has actual knowledge or not. Section 3. Penalties provided in this ordinance shall be cumulative and not exclusive, and any other proceedings under other ordinances of the City shall not be deemed prohibited by this ordinance. Section 4. Section 20, Chapter 16, Code of Las Vegas, Nevada, 1949 is hereby expressly repealed; and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 5. Any violation of this ordinance, or any provision herein contained shall constitute a mis- demeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than $23.00 nor more than $300.00, and/or six months in the City Jail, or a combination of both. Section 6. Provisions of this ordinance shall be severable and if any of the provisions thereof shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any of the remaining provisions of this ordinance. It is hereby declared as the intent of the Board of Commissioners that this ordinance would have been adopted had such invalid or unconstitutional provision not been included therein. Section 7. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its final reading and adoption, and final publication as in the next section provided. Section 8. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately following its first read­ing and adoption in the Las Vegas Review Journal a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas. s/ C. County, Nevada ORDINANCE NO. 376 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 439 ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE MOVING OF BUILDINGS, HOUSES AND STRUCTURES ALONG HIGHWAYS, STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY BUILDING INSPECTOR TO ISSUE PERMITS; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERE­TO," AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or association to move any building, house or structure along any highway, street or alley in the City of Las Vegas without first obtaining a permit from the City Building Inspector.
