PRECINCT ABBOTT BOTTS FOUNTAIN HARDY KENNARD LA VANCE MORRIS WADE WORTMAN JARRETT (VOTE ON MUNICIPAL JUDGE SEE BELOW) Thereupon, it appearing to the Board that the plurality of all votes had been cast for their respective offices, Commissioner Sharp moved that: C. D. Baker be and is hereby declared to be the duly elected Mayor of the City of Las Vegas for the ensuing four years, and it is further resolved that the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to issue a certificate of election to said C. D. Baker. Reed Whipple be and is hereby declared to be the duly elected Commissioner 1st Class for the ensuing four years, and it is further resolved that the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to issue a certificate of election to said Reed Whipple. E. W. Fountain be and is hereby declared to be the duly elected Commissioner 3rd Class for the ensuing four years, and it is further resolved that the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to issue a certificate of election to said E. W. Fountain. S. George Gilson be and is hereby declared to be the duly elected Municipal Judge for the ensuing two years, and it is further resolved that the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to issue a certificate of election to said S. George Gilson. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
