Knickerbocker; Referring to previous correspondence, your file 085-355, relating to proposed agreement between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company covering the furnishing of water to the latter st Las Vegas; I have just received from Mr. McNamee and enclose herewith two originals, one approved as to form, and six copies of a draft of the above agreement, which I believe now sovers the situation as desired.
