BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF NEVADA ---OCO---- IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF THE : IAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY TO INCREASE : RATES ON WATER USED FOR REFRIGERATING MACHINES : I. & S. 64 AND WATER FOR ROOF COOLING THROUGH THE SPRINKLER : SYSTEM. Hi ' : DISMISSAL ORDER IT APPEARING, That there'has been filed, with this commission by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, a schedule of increased rates on cooling water for refrigerating machines and water for roof cooling through the sprinkle system, to become effective October 1, 1934, and IT FURTHER APPEARING, That under the date of September 20, 1934, this commission suspended this schedule of increased rates for a period of sixty days, or until December 1, 1934, and IT FURTHER APPEARING, That under the date of September 27, 1934, this commission received a letter from the Las Vegas Land and Water Company request­ing that this matter be-held in abeyance for the time being and that no hearing be held on the same, and IT NOW APPEARS, That this commission is in receipt of a letter from the Las Vegas Land and W$ter Company requesting that the schedule of increased raves be withdrawn and that the schedule of rates filed in I & S Docket 64 be disregarded, IT IS ORDERED, That the amended schedule of rates on cooling water for refrigerating machines and water for roof cooling filed by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to become effective October 1, 1934 shall he disregarded end that this proceeding is hereby dismissed.
