4 • n Las Vegas, llov. , Feb. 9, 1913. Hon. I’eter Buol; larson Gity, ^ev. My clear Pete: I beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of Jan. 24th and would say that I have not nade reply* to same, as T have been -’.'Biting to hear from Los Angeles, in reference to price on lots which you want. I also beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of Feb. 4th, contents of which have been noted. I believe the deeds for those throe cornered pieces opposite the school house have been prepared. The price which you speak of is in error and I believe it was my fault in stating to the General Manager, Mr. Nutt that the price of these lots were '100.00, as si ce April, 1911 we have had no lots in Las Vegas fcbwnsite which have been cheaper than >130.00 * . and the agreement was "that these lots were to be sold ft the’ price of our cheaper lots which lay just across the street. That would make this ground cost a fraction over 4/ instead of 3/ per square foot. Possibly you hove heard from hr. MoHaraee concerning this matter before now. The enclosed I am returning to you for inspection. It was returned to this office from the New York foreign Office and contained nothing but one map4 which I took the liberty to take out of the ia.se in whi eh you had started it, folded it up nicely and sent it first class to the address -which you show on this wrapper. I thought better to do that than to send around via '-arson City. I am in receipt of copies of all the assembly bills which you was kind enough to send me and I assure you that they are very interesting reading. Do not fail ,‘.o lot me have a copy of every bill that comes up. yourself, L’.B-p With very kind I am, Yours regards to very truly 10th Mrs. Buol and
