At Authority’s sole cost and expense to survey and accurately stake upon the ground the line along -which said water main is to he laid, and to indicate street and alley grades by appropriate stakes. 3 • To provide the Las Vegas Land and Water Company easements satisfactory in form where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, said easements to be five feet on each side of the center line of said pipe line. ARTICLE II UTILITY AGREES: 1. Upon the execution of this agreement, the payment of the sum of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY and NO/lOO ($18,^50.00) DOLLARS specified in paragraph I of Article I hereof and the furnishing of such necessary easements, to order the necessary pipe, fittings and other materials and upon the arrival of pipe and materials aforesaid at Las Vegas, to proceed with the installation of said pipe lines along the lines so staked upon the ground by the Authority, and to complete all of the work hereinbefore provided for with reasonable diligence. Said water mains shall consist of eight inch Cast Iron pipe, said fire hydrant connections shall consist of 6n cast iron pipe and said service connections shall consist of copper pipe if available, of sizes as indicated on said “Exhibit A". 2. Subject to the provisions of Article III, paragraph 2, to pay to the Authority at quarterly intervals, fifty (50$) percent of the monthly revenue received by it from customers, including the Authority, located within the housing project, taking water from the water mains so installed hereunder, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of com- X :i pletion of said installation, or, until the Authority has been repaid the - 3 - M A-79
