NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 7th day of February, 1951, that the Assessment Roll heretofore prepared be and the same is hereby annulled. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Assessor, the Ex-officio City Assessor be and he is hereby directed to prepare a new assessment roll in the amount of $248,105.00.
