The vote on said motion was as follows: Commissioners Matzdorf, Anderson, Shield, Elwell, and His Honor the Mayor, W. C. German, Aye. Noes, none. it was ordered, upon motion of Commissioner Matzdorf, seconded by Commissioner Elwell, that the City Clerk be instructed to notify in writing E. H. Edwards, who has a gambling license at the Arizona Club, that it is the order of the Board that he immediately comply with the provisions of Ordinance No. 103 in removing all obstructions to free the view from the outside to the interior of his place of business or his license will be revoked, and it is further ordered that he shall report to this Board at its next regular meeting to be held February 5th, 1924 at the hour of seven-thirty o'clock P.M. Voting Commissioners Matzdorf, Anderson, Shield and Elwell, and His Honor the Mayor, W. C. German, Aye. Noes, none. Thereupon there being no further business to come before the Board at this time, it was ordered, upon motion duly made and carried, that the Board adjourn until the next regular meeting to be held on the 5th day of February, A.D 1924, at the hour of seven thirty o'clock p.m. Voting Commissioners Matzdorf, Anderson, Shield, Elwell, and His Honor the Mayor, Aye. Present His Honor the Mayor, W. C. German, with Commissioners F. E. Matzdorf, A. R. Anderson, C. R. Shield and W. H. Elwell, together with the City Attorney and the City Clerk. At this time the Clerk presented the following waiver of notice and consent to holding meeting, filed this date: Waiver of Notice and Consent to Holding Meeting The undersigned, Mayor of the City of Las Vegas, and each and all of the Commissioners of said City do hereby waive notice of the time, place and objects of a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, and hereby consent to the holding of said meeting at the Commissioners' Room in the said City of Las egas on this 31st day of January, 1924 at the hour of eight o'clock P.M. on said date, and consent to the transaction of any and all business of the City thereat.
