RULES REGULATING VISITS November 2lj_, 1969 Manager Sands Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Sir: As Recreation Officer of the Institution I am taking the liberty of requesting a favor of you, that would surely aliviat6oone of our problems. Boredom is the inmates worse enemy, therefore X am asking your help in donating the discarded playing cards that are put aside after each nightly business. I know that this request is unusual, but you cannot imagine the satisfaction it would give our inmates if we had enough cards in our re- creation department.
